§ 23.04.015. Code Conformance.

Before a building or grading permit is issued for a project within the City, the applicant must first obtain a Code Conformance Statement from the City's Planning Department. The Code Conformance Statement shall be issued in writing so long as the project conforms to the provisions of the Municipal Code.
