§ 23.08.100. Imposition of Conditions.

A.

The Design Review Board, or City Council on appeal, shall have the authority to impose such conditions and safeguards as it deems necessary to protect and enhance the health, safety, and welfare of the surrounding area, and to insure that the proposed project for which design review approval is sought, fully meets the criteria as set forth in this Chapter.

B.

No Design Review Permit shall require a condition which is not reasonably related to the project for which the Design Review Permit is requested.
