§ 23.08.150. Posting of Performance Bonds.

Whenever a Design Review Permit is granted upon any condition or limitation, the person seeking the Design Review Permit may be required to furnish security in the form of money or surety bond in an amount sufficient to insure compliance with the conditions and limitations upon which such Design Review Permit is granted. Every such bond shall be in a form satisfactory to the Department of Planning and Community Development, shall be payable to the City, and shall be conditioned upon compliance with the conditions and limitations upon which the Design Review Permit is granted.
