§ 23.09.060. Sign Review Criteria as Standard of Review.

An application for an Administrative Sign Review Permit shall be approved unless it is found by the Director of Planning and Community Development (or Design Review Board on referral) that the proposed sign will be inconsistent with one or more of the criteria set forth in this Chapter or in DMMC Chapter 23.08—Design Review.
