§ 24.16.130. Covenant Not to Oppose an Improvement District.

In connection with a lien contract under this Title, the City Council may require that the subdivider execute a covenant not to oppose the formation of an improvement district. The City Manger is authorized to sign such covenants on behalf of the City.
