§ 24.20.010. Dedications Generally.

Subject to the other provisions of this Title, the City Council may require, as a condition precedent to the approval of a final or parcel map, that the subdivider dedicate or irrevocably offer to dedicate real property within the subdivision for streets, alleys, access rights, abutter's rights, drainage, public utility easements and other public easements.
