§ 24.50.130. Expiration/Extension of Tentative Map.

A.

In accordance with Section 66452.6 of the Act, a tentative map shall expire 24 months after its approval or conditional approval.

B.

Upon application received at a meeting of the City Council at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the tentative map, the City Council may extend the time of expiration for a period not to exceed three years from the date of approval of the tentative map. (Government Code § 66463.5)
