§ 24.65.060. Development agreement—Hearing by Planning Commission.

A.

The Director of Planning and Community Development shall refer all applications for development agreements to the Planning Commission for a public hearing.

B.

Upon receipt of the application, the Planning Commission shall set a date for the public hearing.

C.

The Director of Planning and Community Development shall insure that the public is given proper notice of said public hearing in accordance with Section 24.65.070.
