§ 24.65.190. Same—Periodic review.

A.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 24.65.180, periodic reviews of the development agreement shall be conducted as follows:

1.

The City Council shall review the development agreement at least once every 12 months after the effective date of the adopting ordinance (hereinafter "annual review").

2.

The City Council may, on its own motion or on the advice of the City Manager, review the development agreement more often than once every 12 months as it is deemed necessary (hereinafter "special review").

3.

The City Council may delegate or refer the periodic review of the development agreement to the City Manager or his/her designated representative.
