Minimum lot width: 35 feet.

Minimum lot depth: 80 feet.

C.

Construction Standards.

Setbacks:

a.

Front yard: Ten feet.

b.

Rear yard: Ten feet.

c.

Interior side yard: Five feet.

d.

Street side: Ten feet.

Height: 26 feet.

3.

Floor area ratio: 45 percent.

4.

Maximum lot coverage: 60 percent.
