§ 30.54.100. Implementation.

The City Council is hereby directed to take any and all actions necessary to carry out this initiative measure, including but not limited to, adoption and implementation of any amendments to the Community Plan, Zoning Ordinance, or City Code, subject to the provisions contained in this measure.
