§ 4.08.010. Horses.

A.

It shall be unlawful for any person to leave or hitch any horse in a public park or public beach except in areas designated by the City for that purpose.

B.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or permit any horse upon the public beach south of a point 2,079 feet (first house at rivermouth) south of the intersection of the northerly boundary of the City with the mean high tide line of the Pacific Ocean.
