§ 6.52.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this Chapter is to establish a process to accommodate requests for approval of "Large Assemblage" on public property and on private property located in a residential zone where without conditions of approval, the event may have the potential to adversely impact the public health, safety, and general welfare.
